Classroom training for the users of Samarind RMS for Windows is an important part of our service.
Samarind RMS is easy to use but to make the most of your investment we recommend a day's training for general users and an additional day or two for advanced users and system administrators. Often it's a good idea to have an initial few days of training at the outset, followed by 2-3 weeks of using the system, and then a 'refresher' day as consolidation.
Our customers usually prefer training to take place at their premises, to minimise the amount of time staff are away from their desks, but we can provide training facilities if necessary. Provided you have a meeting or training room with a projector and sufficient computers linked to your network (one with a projector for the trainer) we can train up to 6 people per session. Participants are given paper copies of the Samarind RMS training notes to use during the course and to take away with them.
